Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

From learning to action, we've been on a journey of discovery & growth over the last two years to create a more diverse, equitable & inclusive organization.

TRAINING & EDUCATION

Our DEI journey is founded on education. In 2020, CREA first deployed our DEI Foundations training for all employees. Since then, we've delivered and offered DEI 2.0 training, Hiring Without Bias training, as well as DEI Learning Circle deeper dive sessions.

2023 ACCOMPLISHMENTS

We had a lot to celebrate and be proud of in 2022. Some of our key accomplishments include:

$200k+ in total charitable contributions
460+ hours of volunteering across employees & offices
Established 4 new employee resource groups
