Beyond Affordable Housing
CREA has been on the scene of low income housing tax credit syndications for more than two decades, working alongside investor and developer partners with the belief that opportunity starts with a safe place to call home. We have worked diligently at our mission to create accessible communities that uphold the dignity of affordable housing.
Today, we’re actively working toward a vision of affordable housing that everyone can be proud of.
Our Impact
In 2020, CREA leadership asked the question – what’s next? CREA Foundation, Inc. was one of the answers. In our efforts to close the income gap and put a stop to the poverty cycle, we are taking next steps towards education.
