Shiva Parsa
Senior Director for the Educational Opportunity Program
Shiva Parsa current serves as the Senior Director for the Educational Opportunity Program at California State University – Northridge (CSUN), which oversees the CREA Scholars Program at CSUN. Shiva was the creator of the EOP Bridge Values and currently serves as the chair of the EOP Statewide Directors Association. Ms. Parsa has been working with EOP for over 28 years and is a CSUN Alumna. In 2018, Ms. Parsa was appointed to serve on the Statewide Steering Committee for EOP’s 50th Anniversary Conference occurring in 2019. Her notable accomplishments included implementing a Parent/Guardian workshop in Residential Bridge Program, which is a workshop is designed to give an overview of CSUN EOP to student’s family. In 2008, Ms. Parsa received a Don Dorsey Excellence in Mentoring Award in Fall 2008.
